Inverness National Award Winners Event

Sergeant Keith Jack and PC Gary Kenhard, from Police Scotland’s Business Crime Prevention Team, travelled to Inverness today to present the Best Bar None National awards, at a gathering hosted by staff at The Whitehouse kitchen & bar.

Inverness featured heavily this year on the list of award winners and deserve great credit for the efforts of all staff involved. Their passion and commitment to creating safe, welcoming venues, that offer a quality night out was very evident. They all proved they had gone over and above to win their awards.

There is a small, but very dedicated team of great people supporting Best Bar None in Inverness, coordinated by John McDonald (BID Community Safety Manager) - It’s a great example of not needing an army of people to create a successful Best Bar None scheme.

We would urge you think about starting a scheme in your area - interested? get in touch.
