Fife Best Bar None Scotland Awards 2023

On Wednesday 6th March, Fife held their Best Bar None Scotland award ceremony at Glenrothes Police Headquarters. Over 25 premises were welcomed by Chief Superintendent Derek McEwan, the Divisional Commander for Fife. In what was a predominately Gold award ceremony, CS McEwan recognised and thanked all the licensed premises for the good standards and professional manner in the way they ran their licensed premises.

The Fife panel considered the great community work of the staff and patrons of the Greyfriars bar set them above and beyond in recognition for the Best Bar None Scotland - Best Newcomer award - Congratulations to all.

Kirkcaldy Rugby Club were recognised as award winners in the Heart of the Commmunity Category of Best Bar None Scotland. Reconntion for the charity work and close links with the good people of Kirkcaldy.

St Andrews Student Union Association stood out in their Best Bar None Scotland Assessment. With many projects undertaken to keep people safe - They were rightly recognised for the Best Bar None Scotland - Social Responsibility Award

Congratulations also go to The Guildhall and Linen Exchange, Seven Kings, The Gothenburg Hotel, The Westport Tavern, Ham’s Hame, The Road Hole Bar, The Duke’s Clubhouse, The Jigger Inn, The Robert Nairn, Styx, The Windsor Hotel, Foxtons Bar and Grill, The Golden Acorn and Montagues.
