Fife Best Bar None Scotland Awards 2023
On Wednesday 6th March, Fife held their Best Bar None Scotland award ceremony at Glenrothes Police Headquarters. Over 25 premises were welcomed by Chief Superintendent Derek McEwan, the Divisional Commander for Fife.

Known as the “Bystander Approach” the training is designed to equip people with the tools and confidence to safely intervene in situations, where they see people are vulnerable and at risk of harm.

With the support of the Scottish Hospitality Group and Dumfries and Galloway Alcohol and Drug Partnership , staff and managers from local pubs and bars were trained in the Bystander approach.
